It's The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse ... Birthday Party!

Aleeya is 3! She loves Mickey Mouse so we had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party. She got embarrassed when everyone sang to her. All the kids loved the pinata. It was great to have our families over to celebrate.

Easter!

On Saturday before Easter Sunday, we had an Easter party at Grandma Taffy's house. We had a major egg hunt, pin the eggs on the Easter bunny game, and a yummy lunch. The kids love this yearly party.
Kyra found an egg hidden in her uncle's scooter's tail pipe!

Disneyland Day 2

We arrived at California Adventure right as it opened and went directly to the Toy Story ride that usually has a really long wait. We basically walked onto the ride. It was really a fun ride for both kids and adults. It is a 3D carnival game ride.

Then we went to the Swinging Ferris Wheel or as my kids call it "Mickey's Death Wheel" I think Lauren would agree with that description!




This is the life. Hanging out in Disneyland eating pink cotton candy. What could be better?

Beach Day!

We decided to break our two days of Disneyland up with a day at the beach in between. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the ocean, but the kids still had fun running away from the waves and finding shells and rocks. It was a beautiful day just not very warm.




Since we couldn't swim at the beach, we went back to the hotel for a short swim before dinner.



Then we drove into Culver City (through bad LA traffic) to meet baby Gigi! Evan's sister had a beautiful baby girl in February and she was just a few weeks old when we came to visit.
