Kyra's Baptism

Kyra was so excited for her special day. She was excited to get baptized, but she was also excited to see her grandparents that she hadn't seen in TWO years. Evan's parents returned from Russia less than 12 hours before the baptism. The flight from Moscow was delayed and they missed their original connection to Salt Lake. But thankfully there was a later flight that they were able to get seats on that flight and arrive in SLC at 11:30 pm the night before the 10:00 am baptism!

After the baptism, we all went back to the house to enjoy lunch and the traditional chocolate fountain. I found some great tasting chocolate that was dairy-free for Kyra. She loved being able to dip the marshmellows and strawberries in the chocolate.

That was so neat to be there! Since we usually are 'out of town' on all other family parties! Next time Conrad is coming in the pink panther costume!

I'm so glad Patty and Hal made it for Kyra's special baptism day. Kyra does have the best birthday in the world, June 12 :)
Thanks again for all your hard work last weekend! Your home is beautiful!
